FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER 100$ IN THE US

We don't want to keep you waiting.  Depending on the time of day your order is placed, location, and time of year, your order can arrive in 3-5 days with Expedited Shipping and 10-15 days with Free Standard Shipping.

US ORDERS

Choose from Standard or Expedited shipping options during checkout. All orders over 100$ include Free Standard Shipping. For your convenience, a tracking number and link will be sent to the email address on your order. Please enter your email address carefully to ensure receipt of key notifications.

Package not delivered?

Many times, a lost package was simply laid aside by a family member. Sometimes your postal carrier leaves it with a neighbor. Or it may be awaiting pickup at the local Post Office and the postal carrier forgot to leave the slip, the slip was lost or was retrieved by another person in the household.

Orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for reimbursement. Please check with the neighbors or contact the carrier regarding this order delivery directly, or reach out to local law enforcement:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this point, unfortunately we do not offer international shipping options.

RETURN POLICY

Unless otherwise specified, new items in their original packaging, including all accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, less $10 restock fee per order.

Return shipping has to be arranged and paid by the customer. Please consider that shipping of oversized items such as Large Exercise Mats or Large Yoga Mats is quite costly (up to $50 - $70 per item, depending on size and weight) and not all carriers are willing to ship these bulky items. You will need to provide tracking information to us via e-mail and the refund will be issued once the carrier provides successful proof of delivery. If the return is the result of our error, such as shipping an incorrect or factory damaged item, we will provide return shipping at no cost. Products that have been inadequately used and damaged by the customer are not eligible for returns or refunds.

If you are returning a Large Exercise Mat or a Large Yoga Mat, please clean the mat, roll it up with the logo facing out (dots facing in), and secured with the two Velcro straps, before placing in the carry bag.

ActiveGear Products  that are received dirty or damaged during shipping will incur additional fees.

Please allow up to two weeks to receive refunds after returning the product.  This time period includes the return ship time, processing your return and initiating a refund.
